Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) at anaerbinahs.com / inahstrends.com 

Returns

We do not accept returns, exchange or issue refunds for hair care products, beauty items, cosmetics, home goods, or digital products ( ebooks. recipes, etc.).

We do not accept returns for any orders that have been confirmed delivered by the courier. If an unopened package is automatically returned to us by the postal service, we are able to accept the package back. If you decide that you do not want your order/ package, please refuse the delivery of the package, forcing an auto return.

Please contact me before ordering, if allergy to ingredients is of concern. I will not refund due to you finding that there are ingredients in the product that you are allergic to after you’ve received or opened the item. 

Your experience is a

priority and we would love to hear from you if you are not pleased with your purchase.

Refunds

Gift cards are non- refundable.

To complete a refund, we must not have shipped your order out or the package would have to had been automatically returned to us by the courier. 

Please do not send your purchase back unapproved. You will not be issued a refund. The return will be sent back to you. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund:

• Check your bank account for a credit or check to see if the original purchase was removed.
• Contact your bank/ credit card company, it may take some time before your refund has posted.

The processing time for most refunds is up to 10 business days.
